  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Clean asparagus and remove the thick, tough ends
  3. Arrange asparagus on cookie sheet in a single layer
  4. Top with chopped garlic
  5. Drizzle oil over asparagus making sure it’s all evenly coated
  6. Squeeze lemon over asparagus
  7. Toss to make sure all of the asparagus is seasoned and has a nice coating of oil
  8. Bake for 10 minutes at 425 degrees
  9. Sprinkle asparagus with pine nuts & Parmesan cheese
  10. Return to the oven and bake for another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly toasted on the edges
  11. Serve warm & enjoy
